Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Opened beauty, skincare, or personal care products Digital products (e-gift cards)
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order:

Provide your order number, a short reason for the return, and clear photos of the item (including any defects if applicable). Once approved, we will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.
Return Shipping
Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–7 business days), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund including return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
