You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by anyone else.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

All products sold on greenleafherbals.com are herbal supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Product descriptions, images, claims and nutritional information are provided for informational purposes only and may not be completely accurate or current. We do not guarantee that the product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Actual product packaging, labeling and ingredients may contain more and/or different information than shown on this website.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason. Payment must be received in full before your order is accepted and dispatched. We ship only within Sri Lanka. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional charges may apply for remote areas, islands or special delivery requests.

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original packaging with all seals intact. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, allergic reactions, or personal preference. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is proven defective.

Our products are traditional herbal supplements and are not evaluated by the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) or any other medical authority for the treatment of any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before using any herbal product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any medical condition. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or side effects from the use of our products.

The website, its content, logo, product images, text, graphics and all other materials are the property of Greenleaf Herbals or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the website without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenleaf Herbals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Greenleaf Herbals and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
